Irish Singer relaunches live music at Fred’s

Irish Singer songwriter and actress Niamh Finan is to re-launch live music at Fred’s Ale House in Levenshulme on Friday 27 August.

Niamh will kick start the August bank holiday celebrations with a free concert sponsored by the Levenshulme Pub Company in the intimate Art Gallery at the popular venue in South Manchester.

The Irish Singer headlined a sell out concert at the venue just before lockdown at the Manchester Irish Festival in 2020, so it seemed appropriate to have her re-start the live music at the venue.

The Levenshulme Pub Company has been responsible for staging some of the biggest Irish acts in Levenshulme for the last thirty years and are delighted to have Irish music back up and running.

Music Promoter Tony Hennigan commented “Niamh is a very talented Irish Singer songwriter who has been staging a series of online concerts during the pandemic, it’s great to have her back at the venue.”

Doors open at 8pm, so that people can grab a seat at the concert which starts at 9pm. The award winning Italian restaurant ‘Cibus’ will be open from 6pm for those concert goers who want to grab a pre-concert meal at the venue.
